Viking--Regarding lofty goals, this is what S wrote to me a while back: "...somehow I will make it happen, I am so close to realizing my dream that I shall overcome all battles to materialize it."

This clearly implies that what he has in mind is an entity w/ a unique structure; it is a single thing he wants to achieve, not just a series of businesses. It's also pretty clear, if I am interpreting it correctly, that the dilution is not done w/out pain and misery on his part. So I think the argument that he could cut the budget by 10% and not dilute and achieve 10% less in profits is likely fallacious.
