Two States in the nation where you can now smoke legally and not worry about the cops. I dont know about Co but here in Wa its a $100 fine if caught in public smoking. mind you its a larger ticket if you get caught with your seat belt off or caught texting/talking on your phone while driving. Back to the $100 fine, funny thing is the police chief has instructed the cops to just give warnings and no tickets :) So essentially only the feds can bust you and you know they wont be going after anybody with less than a pound haha. I love it
