The first of these initiatives is the development of "Mimvi Mobile App Search" for Windows Phone 8, a mobile app that enables Microsoft consumers to search, discover and receive recommendations for mobile apps, mobile content, and mobile products. In addition, Microsoft and Mimvi are jointly promoting the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform in hosting and delivery services for mobile apps.
