so who's buying ?....unsuspecting first time neom buyers?....day traders?.....why would they if they have half a clue whats going on here?

Just like all penny stocks there is manipultion....the question is where will this be when all the dust is settled.....0001 or somewhere over a penny . When does not seem to matter to the manipulators.
