Ernie,

What's your opinion on comment by someone on pcx board that a buyout means all existing share holders gets nothing.

i was under the impression a buyout means they buy out all the shares for a certain price and that's how they "buy out" a company

Correct me if I'm wrong and maybe you can see what "fung" is trying to say with his comment. I've got him on ignore, but my phone application for some reason sent me his response. I have him blocked now on my phone, but curious to see your thoughts on that statement by "fung"
