skitahoe, you can't run a major marketing campaign before you have secured proper manufacturing and servicing capabilities. Imagine what would happen to CDEX if it would receive orders for, let's say 2,500 units of Valimed. You can't tell the customer: "we will put you on a waiting lists, since we can only manufacture 10 units a month". You don't only lose your customers, but you create a bad reputation that will hunt you for many years.

CDEX did not come out of the shell yet because:

1. doesn't have a good enough product
2. doesn't have manufacturing capital
3. doesn't have mass production facility
4. it's not in a rush to market what it has
5. it's not in its plan to go much further than a slow, calculated P&D

About funding for a major marketing campaign, there are many TV networks and printed media that would gladly take the chance to be the first to unravel such a revolutionary technology, free of charge or at a very nominal fee.
