I can definitely understand why they might not want to split it now! Not sure that it would be a road they would choose as they publicly announced the fileing and to not follow through would be considered false advertising since I am sure it caused people to buy! A lawsuit might end up following if that be the case! Just look at what not being honest did to OCZ!
