Well, maybe not:
We sold $80 million aggregate principal amount of our 3.0% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes due 2024 in private transactions on December 6 and December 21, 2004. Selling securityholders may use this prospectus to resell from time to time their notes and up to 22,792,024 shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of the notes.
