PCFG negativity is the current trend, but not necessarly because any of the negativity is true, but because it attempts to keep the PPS low while the secret buying ensues. It's a very two-faced strategy. When it goes back up, watch the changes.

WAITING IS DEFINATELY the key for PCFG. spring will hope eternal.
