Now your making things up!Nobody said anything about Dilution, I know Tom G. said that there would be NO MORE DILUTION and he has stuck to his word for 6 Months now, and from what I've heard this new financing will NOT be For CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES!!! Tom G. wants the share price up where it should be. Just by doing the math on the Revs from last year and the O/S Puts the Market-Cap @.17 a share for this company. prolips, it doesn't matter how many times you change your alias, you still need your head examined, I think maybe you missed out on Special-Ed classes in School, they would have done you a world of good.
