Congratulations on eliciting a canned answer from a government agency.

I'm not a big fan of that Naked Short Conspiracy theories, however the SEC is not the place I'd go to find out if they exist.

If NSS really does happen the SEC has a vested interest in not "discovering" it unless compelled to because they will be rightly accused of failing to do their job.
