Not me, smart money buys BEFORE a run - which in this case is narrowing with each passing day!

I'm going with the FACT that they show the money deposited on the PR and if its not then its a "blatant" lie which will then give me and others legal rights........

So yes, smart money is in already or buying in ASAP!
