That's the beauty of speculative plays like HESG! We still have no idea what the float is, and even with this increase, if they issue a statement that the increased shares will remain in the reserve category to be used solely for acquisitions and such, and we find out the float is 10 billy....this could fly!

Based on the move from no bid to painting .0003's in three days (despite the massive shorting we witnessed) of trading tells me the float could be much lower than many believe. We will find out soon enough once they take the CE off the OTC site and become pink current.
