I don't have so much of a problem with the little bit of dilution going on as much as the way its being done. In July/august management was supposedly getting the investor relations portion going to get some publicity. That does not appear to have been accomplished so as to support the price of the stock during a necessary dilution period when funds are needed for bills and merger dollars/valuation. As a shareholder, that is my beef now.
Plus of course the merger with Amero was completed in April and this is December and I know absolutely nothing more about it than I did in march ( which is still nothing but pure speculation)
