nycinvest, very interesting posts.
a. what makes you believe that TOVC is 'getting closer to their Chinese deal" other than the passage of time?
b. what makes you believe that the CXO 'problem' is "soon to be resolved" other than the legal process the court must follow? Are you predicting some out-of-court settlement?
c. "Dongfeng could be a secondary contract" - so could GM but do you think negotiations have also been going on with Dongfeng?

Interesting, speculative post but I'm all ears about your rational for these statements. TIA.
