I think what most understand and if I am wrong , tell me...but shares being dumped are from past financing...in other words conversions from at least 6 months ago...so the co has no control over that at this point...if anything was new, an 8k would have to be done...and not all volume is dumping from that ... a great deal of it is just from traders who hold for a few points and sell...anyway I am going to stop posting as this is not much of a board for info...glty
