I'm going over some of the other info now. I see they are trying to get the $200 million to get out of debt. Perhaps thats what was hindering them from IPO.

Not sure if they are looking to merge it, or do some sort of big huge buy out or who knows what. I don't have twitter so I couldn't hit that guy up to see where he thinks this is even a possibility.

this seems to be very new, so it could be squashed this coming week. The guy on the twitter looks like he has some good stuff, but I'm going to be cautious and not get all "excited" just yet
