Steven Johnston resigned from ASYI on September 23, 2011 per 8-k:

Interestingly enough, I just found out that on September 26, 2011, a mere 3 days later, a Steve Johnston, registered the domain, AERO-IQ.ORG per:
http://whois.domaintools.com/aero-iq.org

This is getting very interesting....
