Yes of course I was surprised that the back-dated Record Date survived. Maybe the S E C didn't look at it hard enough. Yes there are grounds for litigation on that score because there was a delay period between the Directors meeting and the Record Date during which there was no public announcement. And during this delay period there were many retail sales. Some of those sellers can swear that they would not have sold if they knew a Divvy was coming. THAT'S FRAUD - Clyde !!!!!! This thing ain't over yet !!! A PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT should have been made right after the Directors Meeting and BEFORE the Record Date. This is the normal procedure for honest Companies. So tell us about the Ex-dividend Date !!! When is / was that ?? It's a joke !!
