Somethink to look about
From Yahoo message board:
with Goldman leading the pack will be coming soon. Now the truth about the criminal acts of GS is becoming a real news. The media will soon catch on to this. Will Mr Buffet continue to invest in a criminal outfit like Goldman Sachs? The major investors of Goldman are already threatening to withdraw from Goldman. Goldman has lost billions in its market cap within the last few days and several insiders have sold off their positions. JPM is laughing all the way to bank as the attention is being diverted to the third parties including the leader Mr. Goldman.

Was JPM shorting the WAMU stock simply following the recommendations of Goldman? What will Goldman do ? Will it point fingers directly at JPM and FDIC? Goldman knew the value of WAMU when it was asked to find a buyer. Did Golman agree with the sale price of WAMU to JPM by the stupid Sheila? Why was Mr Geithner simply looking at the deal and not stepping up to do the right thing.
The WAMU share holders are simply seeking the truth.

Did the judge go beyond her jurisdiction to rule on the Fraudulent Claims? The appeal courts have asked the bankruptcy courts to be careful when deciding on the criminal claims brought up by the shareholders.

She somewhat ignored the insider trading charges by the hedgies. The hedgies agreed to co operate with EC in return for forgiving the insider trading charges and go after the real criminals. The litigation morass which this judge was so afraid of has just started. She had a choice to let the jury decide on the fate of criminals but she has dug her own grave by not doing the right thing for the victims of this fiasco.

Several shareholders have not given the releases and will follow JPM and Goldman Sachs to their graves very soon.It is time for these thugs to get together and settle very fast.
