i spoke with f. jeffrey krupka the ceo of lxxi. he confirmed it was the r/s. but whatever, im not here to convince people to sell or buy. what i do know is i almost exclusively use secretary of state pages in purchasing sub penny stocks and have a lot of experience with them. my guess is its either a split or a addition of authorized shares.
