About your HISC Colby....
I've been watching this thing closely for the last week or so. The chart reminds me a lot of IFUE's. Seems to be hanging on a precarious plank (just like IFUE) and it won't be long until we find out if it breaks the 50 dma and falls closer to the 200 dma, or does it vault up and take out the highs...
Right here at .08 would probably be a good entry, provided one kept a very tight stop at around .075-.07...
