if you look at the amendment of the original name change on 8-31-12 when it went from carbon jungle to global new energy it did not have an "effective date". the amendment itself is the effective date with name changes. i did not mention a possible split with this amendment as a fear mongering tactic or as a bash. as an example of why this may be a split, check out LXXI. they did a r/s this fall where it was filed with nevada sos in the same way. no numbers just an amendment with an effective date. i also got caught up in that one, fortunately it was only a 1 for 20 r/s, so not that bad. check it out.
