This stocks financials almost looks to good to be true...

Can someone share some quick DD with me..

I took all of 5 minutes to look at the last Q and the financials are ridiculous... and Im looking at a starter position on this stock that lacks liquidity which me be helpful since its dropped it to this level for investors..

Few small things I didnt like based on my past experience..

1.) Grass Roots Distribution paid research report-they seem to have a past history of covering some smaller companies on the brink of collapse


2.) CEO stepping down- could be good or bad..

3.) Chinese company-Ive seen some good storylines fall apart and they seemed locked and loaded ready to explode CMDI,CEU,CHCC etc..and I think they came to our exchange to unload-jmo

Who is the auditor & IR- USA based /reputable places?

Any other red flags not covered in the Q?
