no doubt, that is definitely horrible. It makes sense that they can't sell it because they know what is or what will happen. So that's good to have those guidelines in place
But, like you point out, no way in hell you should be rewarded for not keeping a company out of BK. You're not doing a good job protecting the share holders and the employees. Should be able to take your stock, sell it, and use it to pay those employees
like the citi bank stuff. Layoff thousands of employees, this way the big execs can claim their million dollar bonuses. horrible.
