Any fool can go out and put a claim on Federal lands. You don't have to prove any gold (or rare earths, or anything) is there. You just have to put the posts in, file the paperwork, and pay the annual fee. These claims have no value except to run their scam with, and there will never be any "production" of anything from these claims. And before you say prove it, the burden of proof is on Bayport, and so far what they have presented as proof is laughable.
