I don't care what the stock does one way or another...up or down makes no difference to me. I just make it a practice to post on the board any time I receive illegal spam. I receive about 200 emails a day from promoters and have no problem with them if they are legal...just don't like the illegal practices. IMHO everyone that is in a stock needs to be aware when the company or a third party is involved with criminal activity

the way I can tell is from where it comes from and the fact that there is no opt out feature or any compensation disclosure

add that to the fact that I have received about 30 of these since I first posted about them
