No, I asked in an e-mail. They stated that they had made the statement in the past that they would begin filing to SEC after becoming current on OTC. I was trying to get some clarity because I don't believe it's a requirement to be SEC current to be on the OTC current info. tier.
I'm not up to par on all these regs./rules.
