In the real world where there is no smoke or mirrors this acceptance of the S-1 is BAD news for KATX and I think you are seeing this now with the $0.0009 price. Yesterday KATX had all those BVIG shares -- to-day IT DOES NOT. Therefor the value of KATX has gone DOWN. FACT !!!!!!!! As for BVIG -- it doesn't mean anything so there is no reason to see any reaction in its share price. That BVIG bonus will soon hit the BVIG Bid once the Shareholders see that stock credited in their Account.
