Why do you think the 10K's will be filed? The can't even be bothered to do something simple like get reinstated in Nevada. The audits were supposedly complete 3 weeks ago so why didn't they just submit all their delinquent 10Q's and 10K's then? And why does the last PR only mention the last 2 years when their April pr says they were auditing the last 4 years?
