If company is in financial well being then the court should grant dismissal. If not they will follow through. trustee will not have final word the judge does!Mario will have to be ready to prove the facts. Companys well being and abillity to pay debtors.Also SEC should have been contacted by Mario aboout what is happening and start the investigation.Mario and the cfo would be the party to truly do this. he may be waiting to see what charlie does.because sometimes less buracrucy is better than out come. AS my wife and I say what goes areound comes around!Also if its true about Davis he is to late to file bk personnel to keep from having to repay a law suit agianst him.

Also what does anyone feel the price will go to if dissmissal granted?
