A perfect storm scenario here now, a depressed stock with a history of underperforming merges with another small company and now appears to have caught lightening in a model that dramatically increases retention, revenues and margins on decreasing ad expense. Third quarter numbers confirm direction is up, up, up. Fourth quarter always their strongest, and since 3q results, greater exposure to Google to increase revs more than previously anticipated.
