I'm expecting another Ogden-like memo from Obama and SOON. Some pundits say Obama can't just ignore federal law signed by Congress? Look at what he did with DOMA (The Defense of Marriage Act) -- also passed by Congress and signed into law by President Clinton. Just look it up! Considering Obama has been reported to switch his stance on marijuana in his second term (http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162-57464951-503544/report-obama-would-tackle-drug-war-in-second-term/) and considering the full legalization of marijuana is polling far better than the legalization of gay marriage (just look at THREE seperate polls from PPP, CBSNews, and Quinnipiac released THIS WEEK), I think a similar response to the one he took with DOMA is right around the corner!
