Help! Any computer genius's out there?
For some reason my printer has stopped working. So far I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software.....no help.
I have reformated my hard drive, thinking it may have been a corrupted system file......no help.
I unplugged the printer and replugged it in, thinking that Windows would do the "new hardware has been found" thing......no help.
Here is the problem:
Seems the port "can't be found".
Any help?
