I'm encouraged by your statement: <<< I have loved MACD for 15 years and feel like I am just starting to learn how to read it. What I am looking for from MACD is to show me the peaks and the bottoms. After that a cross with the signal line is key. All the other crosses, ignore. >>>>

If I knew this about your interest in the MACD I had forgotten the fact. I will, over time, share what I know with you as my mentor has studied the macD for decades.
