Is only technically right, because....

whenever you want To know if insiders are dumping SHAREZ , or promoters, on any P and D, which this was, look for the TTrade. But, technically speaking, you are correct in that, SHAREZ don't come from the A/S to a broker directly, but those blocks reflect " a o n" trades that are being filled throughout the day, and post AH, IMO intentionally to not drop the price and spark even more selling, rather surreptitious T Trades are. Guarantee you this, those are not SHAREZ held by a retailer such as yourself. Been following P and D for years, they have one thing in common on the " D " side....... T TRADES. Sorry, but this isn't a theory of mine, ask anyone who knows, it's the way it is.
