I dunno - someone is up to something but who knows. I mean if you look at the filing the actual FB post they are calling out is just ridiculous. I mean the whole drop on Wednesday w/o continuation felt manipulated, then Thursday downgrade fueled a run up you bet that felt manipulated, then noon it hit a wall then we find out after hours SEC staff complains about an absurd irrelevant comment from July and well tomorrow weekly options expiry. SEC staff couldn't wait for after hours Friday, the weekend or Monday to complain? Yeah fishy! LOL So does this mean it was manipulated so "they" can load up the options/shares cheaper OR it means they would like the shares to close low low for max pain? $NFLX you are one seriously abused and manipulated stock. I'll trade it again regardless :) I'm leaning on another red to green fun action.
