I remember reading somewhere that the agreement you mention, though expired, will be supperceaded by any and all aggrements and contracts to license the product. In short, it is a moot event. I, for one, don't think the CEO would spend all this time and money to build up SMME only to take away the company"s sole product.

Also, it was mentioned some 3-4 months ago that SMME receive a Million dollare funding to complete the plant for production.

As for the suit, I think the legal firm is working on a contingency basis...we win, they win; we lose the battle, they lose any monetary compensation. Can't believe it would be any other way. When the suit started, SMME had no funds....
