Well there's Lots of Ways to play a Penny Stock.

But that miniscule 20K "dump" is almost a sure Sign of somebody who wants more Shares at a cheaper Price in the morning.

And even tho the Volume is increasing, and more Attention is coming, We still haven't "Broken Out". It will happen, soon, I Hope.
