No R/S coming - there is no evidence to back up your statement. HESG is on the move again and with their current news along with future news, this will move up very fast.
With the right news and continued buying pressure, the MM's won't be able to hold this down, then the shorts will have to cover - then I see a massive spike in the PPS.
