If it concerns you so much, why don't you call and ask them? It appears nobody else here cares about the past of AAPT when they were stuggling to get their products to market. Now, they have successfully brought some products to market with many more to come. The future looks bright. I'm sure they will be taking care of any OLD issues once the revenue is rolling in.

Stop harping on the past and look to the future, a promising future, for AAPT.
