We killed that Naked Shorting B S a long time ago. The MM s are LEGALLY entitled to go short like that for a short time. And they sometimes do. This subject here has been beaten to death. The bottom line right now is there is nobody who is in a hurry to buy this pig or sell it either. It's stuck in the mud in the pig pen which is the Pink sheets.
