Mrs. Bannister,



I am a shareholder in Dussault Apparel Inc. (DUSS) and I am emailing you to find out the status of the company. From reading various reports it seems as if Jason has resigned as CEO and that you are the acting CEO now. Could you give an update to me as a shareholder on the current status of the possible merger with another company or the sale of all of the assets of DUSS? Thank you for your time regarding this matter.
