HERE TILL THE END JUST LIKE YOU. WILL HOLD MY SHARES, AVERAGED DOWN ENOUGH TO BE GOOD IF IT TURNS AROUND. HOWEVER, NOT TO MUCH INVESTED WHERE I WILL MISS IT AT THIS POINT, MADE PLENTY ON OTHER STOCKS TO WRITE THIS ONE OFF. MIGHT AS WELL ALL BE FRIENDS, GOING TO ADOPT THE CAPS LOCK. HOPING THEY WILL HAVE NEWS ON A CLINIC OR TRIALS SOON, AT LEAST SOME KIND OF SHAREHOLDER AWARENESS. I SENT EMAIL TO KOOS AND NO REPLY YET, HOPE YOU ALL TRY TO CONTACT HIM AS WELL.

WHAT DID IT MEAN IN THE EMAIL THAT WAS POSTED THAT IN 2013 KOOS SAID HE WOULD MERGE THE COMPANIES? IS THAT GOOD OR BAD FOR SHAREHOLDERS?

Thank you for the E-Mail, Larry and I apologize for the delay. The board and I have decided for 2013 it would be best to merge Regen and Entest Bio into one company, Bio Matrix. However, they will continue to operate as Trade Names under the parent. We have submitted for release with Marketwire that we will begin clinical trials in 2013 for HemaXellerate. We have not yet given them the go ahead, but it will be released soon.
