FWIW...CPTCQ has it's...
'Bankruptcy Plan Confirmation Hearing' decision coming out Monday afternoon...I only mention it here because I know some of you have played this one before...This was one of my Favorite Stocks for two plus years, and know it VERY WELL...I own ZERO shares at this time, but that may change soon to the tune of 100K+ shares IF it exits BK Monday, and also has Revenue PR's soon...The other possibilities out there are:
It could go straight to Chapter 7 Monday...(20% chance IMO)
It could be DENIED BK exit, or be Postponed (again) because of a lack of Revenues...(30% chance IMO)
It could be APPROVED (50% chance IMO)...And go back to 6.00+ before years end...Especially on many past due Revenues PR's that are just waiting for BK to be cleared, I know China is just waiting for the 'Q' to be removed, plus Many USA Utilities too...
IF things go well tomorrow,
it could really Take OFF...It could be one to put on your Radar...But be careful of the old 'Sell the News' theory...
It will be Interesting to Watch next weeks action...
Ten Day/Hourly Chart:
It ran up Hard on Anticipation of the 'possible' Good News last week...The Big Green Candlesticks the last two hours Friday closed at the HOD on high Volume...It's at the top of the upper Bollie Band...The RSI is too high...The DMI+ is moving up...The Stochastics show Very Overbought...The Volume is picking up...Normally, I would say it couldn't go much higher at this point, but getting OUT of BK Monday could change all that...
Six Month/Daily Chart:
On the Daily Chart...it's at the upper Bollie Band...The RSI is breaking up through resistance...The DMI+ is moving up good...The Stochastics show Very Overbought...The MACD is turning up...But, the Volume really needs to pick up, and that's what I'm looking for Monday more than Anything...I'd like to see 1-2MM shares traded Monday and again on Tuesday if things go Well with the BK Hearing for me to add a couple of hundred thousand dollars or more into this Party...All I can say is: ANYTHING can happen here, so be CAREFUL...The Risk is VERY HIGH, but the Rewards may be worth the Play...JMVHO...
