We were never going to be done with everything by December 19th.

The post-judgment motions deadline is December 19th. After all those motions get filed, the parties will get to respond to the motions and then reply to the respective responses. After that the judge will rule on the motions. Execution is stayed for 14 days following the judge entering all the orders and disposing of all the motions. I believe at that time he will also enter a Final, revised, Judgment, from which the appeal will be taken. 14 days after all the post-trial motions are ruled upon, VRNG can get out execution on the judgment.

That's pretty much the way I see it.
