The warranty has been increased from one year to two years, but
since the new units were introduced and the test results we are
getting seem to indicate a 5 year life. Some of the lobster boats
we placed units on over a year ago that did 5,000 hours a year
calculated around $36,000 savings per year. Yes $36,000.
And that was with the old units selling at $3,000 a unit. We were
leaving a lot of money on the table then. The boats also get better
percentage of fuel savings because of the steady rpm's. The DEF
savings are a benefit we did not realize at first. Pleasant surprise.
