The fact is, SNDY has not kept to anytime line. The fact is they forgot they had ever mentioned partnership/merger. The time of completion is way over due, and to have such a wonderful company working on the CE Mark along with their incredible historical record, how could anything be delayed.
This company is keeping the shareholders in the dark.
