It's gonna' be far less than even 7 % after they get through diluting BVIG with a financing to raise capital -- IF they can do that !!! It's almost a bloated pig already and it will surely be after they finance it. Risk money for commodities including gold has now become very very hard to find -- Cycles .. you know.
