Just spoke to Mike as well as I spoke to Joe (back to back)

Mike stated he couldn't comment on the financials at all, but when I asked him if there were ANY discussions in regards to further R/S he stated no and that there weren't even any current discussions in regards to changing the available shares.

I asked him if the SS is still current as of last posting and he stated that would be accurate to date!

I asked Mike about R&D and he stated they are no longer conducting ANY R&D and are in the process of rebranding and selling!

I asked about NV SOS and he stated they are in the process of restructuring towards manufacturing and sales and they are working on doing all this including handling becoming current with NV SOS and uplisting to BB at the same time!

Asked him how the future looked for WTWO and he stated we wouldn't be pumping all this money and time into it if it wasn't going to be a great future!
